We're building the operating system that makes every website autonomous.
Most websites are static artifacts that require constant human intervention. We believe they should be self-operating systems — continuously optimizing, creating, and serving without waiting for someone to log into a dashboard.
The story
Lim Wayne
Founder & CEO
In the internet industry since 2003. Previously at Alibaba and Tencent, where he worked on large-scale web platforms and AI product systems. Founded SiteOS to solve a problem he saw repeatedly: businesses paying for entire teams to do what a well-designed system should handle automatically.
Every week, we watched businesses spend thousands on website teams that could not keep up. A restaurant owner in Hanoi paying $3,000 a month for an agency that updated the site once a quarter. A dental clinic in Singapore hiring separate people for SEO, content, and customer service — none of them coordinating.
The problem was never the people. It was the model. Websites should not need a human team doing repetitive work around the clock. They need an operating system — one that coordinates SEO, content, translation, analytics, and customer service as a single system.
SiteOS is named after a friend — Jet — whose curiosity and refusal to accept "good enough" shaped how we think about building software. The name is a reminder that we are building something that should outlast any one person's effort: a system that runs on its own.
Our approach
We believe AI should be infrastructure, not a feature. When someone says they have an "AI website," they usually mean they added a chatbot to the front page. That is a feature. SiteOS is different — AI is embedded in the operational layer of the site itself. It is not something you interact with. It is something that runs.
Our engines are designed to coordinate, not compete. The SEO Engine does not operate in isolation from the Content Engine. When the Data Engine detects a traffic anomaly, it informs the SEO Engine, which adjusts strategy, which changes what the Content Engine produces next. This is the operating system model: components that share context and act together.
We also believe in meeting business owners where they already are. That means chat tools — Lark, Slack, WhatsApp, LINE, Zalo — not another dashboard to learn. If you can send a message, you can operate your website. That is the interaction model we are committed to.

What drives us
Automation First
If a task can be automated without sacrificing quality, it should be. We free human time for decisions that actually require human judgment.
Results Over Features
We measure ourselves by outcomes — your rankings, your traffic, your customer satisfaction — not by how many features we ship.
Global by Default
Every system we build works across languages, cultures, and markets. The web is global. Software should be too.
Transparency
Clear pricing, honest metrics, visible decision-making. We do not hide behind complexity or jargon.
