Your data is hosted on Google Cloud Platform (region: us-central1) using Google Cloud Run for application hosting and PostgreSQL for structured data storage. We implement the following security measures:

  • Access controls and authentication for administrative interfaces
  • Regular security reviews and dependency updates
  • Environment-level isolation of API keys and sensitive credentials

While we take reasonable measures to protect your data, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate SiteOS. Each provider has its own privacy policy governing data handling:

  • Google Cloud Platform: Infrastructure, hosting, and data storage.
  • Resend: Transactional email delivery (e.g., reports, notifications, contact form confirmations).
  • Anthropic (Claude API): AI content generation, SEO analysis, and natural language processing.
  • ElevenLabs: Text-to-speech voice generation for chatbot interactions.
  • Analytics providers: Website visitor analytics and behavior tracking.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Data shared with third-party services is limited to what is necessary for them to perform their functions.
